Friendly staff and willing to help you trade in your console, games, collectables, etc. I would highly recommend them. They're much better than some other similar shops in the area...
The online store had a processing issue which the staff very speedily resolved for me. Thereafter ordering was simple, delivery was quick and the game worked 100%. Overall super happy.
It's a genuinely reliable place to go for second hand games for most consoles and even some old second hand consoles which is really great seeing as I prefer older consoles most of the time
